Long before Joe Dispenza there was Gurdjieff, an Armenian Spiritual Philosopher from the 16th Century. His focus, as with any spiritualist, is that we must focus on self-observation in order for us to understand ourselves and our own behaviour. The majority of men are very mechanical and do things based on habit. Habit is easy and easy is comfortable and comfortable means staying the same and staying the same means we do not grow. We do not challenge ourselves and we remain the same. Sometimes for lifetimes!

But the world is changing. The energy of mother earth along with us simple humans need to change and evolve with it. It means getting out of our comfort zone, facing the shadow self, observing our behaviours and our thoughts, as our thoughts create our reality. So, if you are ready to get out of your own way and break out of the mechanical thoughts, habits or cycles or “breaking the habit of being yourself” as Joe Dispenza likes to call it, then get in touch! I would love to hear from you. Let’s clear what is holding you back from stepping into the next chapter of your life and where you want to be!
